To preserve tea’s freshness, Premium Steap hermetically seals all loose-leaf teas in our specifically designed, foil-lined pouches, which incorporate zip-locks for easy resealing.

What is your return policy?
Simply Steap 30 Day Guarantee: If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, just send it back within 30 days of the purchase date to exchange your product or receive store credit. Tea packages that have been opened can only be returned as a result of our error.

Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Based on what type of tea you purchase, Premium Steap automatically sends you a free sample of another variety of tea that we feel will meet your taste preference. We might also send you a sample to surprise or intrigue your senses. If you like or dislike a particular tea, send a note with your order as we aim to satisfy your individual palate.

Is the Premium Steap site secure?

What are Premium Steap payment options for online purchases?

Do you ship internationally?

Do you gift wrap?
Yes. Premium Steap offers gift wrapping for $3.00 per package, just select the gift wrapping option at check out. If you want to add a note to your gift, simply complete the message box and we will include a card with your gift.

I'm new to drinking loose tea, how will I know how to make it?
Premium Steap provides recommended brewing instructions on each tea pouch, including: how much tea to use per 8oz of water as well as water temperature and steeping time. Refer to “How to Steep” in the “How To” section of our website.

I don’t see any "silken" bags or sachets on your site?
Premium Steap only sells loose-leaf teas and we are very particular about our tea ware. “Silken" bags or sachets currently on the market are made from polylactic acid (PLA), which is a corn-based plastic resin. In principal, polylactic decomposes in a controlled composting environment; yet “silken” polylactic bags can take two years to biodegrade if thrown out with the regular trash. Use of PLA has been limited due its low-melting temperature. Premium Steap provides only proven biodegradable and recyclable containers, bags and tea wares. We sell all-natural, biodegradable paper filters for brewing loose-leaf tea as well as stainless-steel mesh & glass infusers, which are 100% recyclable. Premium Steap will not sell any plastic tea ware.
